What if I change my mind? Is there a refund policy on your Learning Programs?
We understand that Life happens! you can request a full refund within 5 days of purchase. Send an email to email@example.com with the subject "Cancellation" with your name for a full refund. All other refunds will be reviewed case-by-case with eligibility of a 25% refund 48 hours before the Program begins. You may wish to request to move your enrolment to a different date. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our training and consultations, we won't be able to refund any money for sessions already started.
When and where do your workshops happen?
Our Team Training Workshops are held on Wednesday.
Depending on your location we can hold the Workshop face-to-face either at your location.

What if I have more than 8 People on my team
Team Training is capped at 8 people I believe this is the optimal number that allows everyone a chance to be heard and encourage full participation. If you have a larger group please consider booking more than one Workshop.
Is the Program & Workshops only appropriate for certain countries?
I try and cover all timezones but unfortunately, some slip through the crack. If you can't find an appropriate time in my diary to schedule our meetings let me know and I'll see what I can do otherwise you may wish to consider my 1-1 Consultation.
I have not received the access link to join the Learning Programs.
Don't Panic! If for any reason you have not received the access link to join your first session at least 4 days before your chosen day please take the following steps:
Check your junk and spam folders for emails from the CUCO team, using the email address <email@example.com>.
If you still can’t find the access link, you can contact our friendly CUCO team using firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your full name and telephone number and a brief description of the issues you are facing. We will resend the link. Please note the same link will be used for all sessions.

If you don't, we'll give you a full refund. Simply email your name and email to email@example.com within 3 days of purchase. and we'll process your refund right away—no questions asked. Please note permission to access the Client Library will be closed once the refund is given.
Lifetime access: Some products and courses offer lifetime access. "Lifetime access" means you have access to the online product for the entirety of that product's lifetime, until the product is retired and removed. If a product is retired, it will no longer be sold from our website and it will no longer be updated. This company reserves the right to retire any product at any time.
I forgot my Members log in details and can't access the Client Library
Don't panic! Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject: Lost Log in with your name and email that you used to purchase and we will get you back into the system. You can always change your password
