What if I change my mind?

We get it Life happens! Your enrolment is protected by my 5-day full -money-back guarantee. Send an email to hello@cucoconcepts.com with the subject "Cancellation" with your name for a full refund. All other refunds will be reviewed case-by-case with eligibility of a 25% refund 48 hours before the Program begins.  You may wish to request to move your enrolment to a different date. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our training and consultations, we won't be able to refund any money for sessions already started.

I'm just getting started can you still help me?

Absolutely! in fact, it's often best to get your communication strategy clear from the start. However, I would suggest you have an understanding of your business foundation ie: your purpose, your possible services etc  before signing up

Is there any support if I get stuck?

Everyone is assigned their own drop-in folder where you will receive your weekly assignments. You can also drop in any work you are working on such as your freebie, an email, website content for me to review and give suggestions. You will  have 3 weeks of email support where you can send me a question. I aim to answer within 2-3 working days. 

Why is this training live rather than a pre-recorded video?

I believe a pre-recorded on-demand course cannot keep up with the ever-changing communication world. Trends change, and strategies come and go. I like to make sure what I teach you is relevant and up-to-date.
